Hi Khippers!
We've got everything but the turkey covered for your Thanksgiving feast! Preorder by Sunday, November 21st, 2pm EST for delivery on Wednesday, November 24th!
It's that week of the year where we cook our hearts out, stress, drink, have leftovers, watch a lot of tv, and be grateful and thankful for what we have, what we have overcome, what we hope for. Most importantly I am grateful for being in the company of loved ones.
At KhipiCooks we are so thankful and grateful for the love we get from our community, the joy we see in our kitchen, the opportunity to meet diverse people, and the fortune to be in good health. We are opening our kitchen for Everything but Turkey....yes we are cooking multi-cultural sides and I can't wait for you to relax and dig into the feast!
You can order a minimum of three sides and a maximum of six sides.
About the food
When you roast brussel sprouts to their perfect caramelized state, it is already perfection. But if you add bacon and a spice mix of pumpkin seed, bay leaves, achiote, thyme, cumin, salt, pepper, and tomatoes then you are at the Chef's table of homemade food :)!
Vegetarian option available without bacon.

About the food
Chef Edwin has worked in many Mexican restaurants and loves preparing a version of Mexican Sweet potatoes with a twist. This is a rustic sweet potato that is roasted to get all the caramel sugars and it is dressed with a sauce made of brown sugar cane, cinnamon, and star anise. The potatoes are garnished with apple and orange slices.

About the food
Stuffing is serious business and I am adding a twist to it with Curry Powder. Seriously, it’s our favorite stuffing and the only one I make now. The edges are golden and crunchy, the inside is soft. It’s wildly flavorful and filled with fresh herbs. Most importantly, it is a delicious neutral flavor that truly goes with any meal. It's a healthy mix of kale, whole wheat bread, turkey sausage, fresh herbs, curry powder, onion, celery, and BUTTERRRRRRRR!
